Every other Friday, 8:15 to 9 AM, I run an Agentic Live session.
No slides. No prepared demo. Just me, Claude Code, and whatever project I'm working on that week. Sometimes it's a mobile app. Sometimes it's infrastructure. Sometimes things break spectacularly live on camera.
The format is unpolished. Deliberately. The value isn't in the production quality. It's in the realness.
People join and ask questions. They watch me code in real time. They see the iteration, the mistakes, the dead ends, the breakthroughs. It's the opposite of a polished tutorial where everything works perfectly because it was designed to work perfectly.
This forced accountability. If I tell people I'll be online Friday morning, I have to have actually built something worth showing. It creates internal pressure to make progress during the week.
More importantly, it's building a community. Small group of people on the same journey. Figuring out how to work with AI agents. Sharing what works. Learning from each other's mistakes. Supporting the person who shipped something that broke.
The Friday ritual has become something I look forward to. Not because I'm an extrovert forced into public coding. But because the dialogue matters. The community matters. The accountability matters.
In a field that moves this fast, having people who understand what you're trying to do — that's rare and valuable.
