The wave is coming — are you ready?
That smiley takes the edge off, but the message is serious.
Vibe coding isn't an experiment anymore. It's not a curiosity or a hobby. It's a working methodology that produces real results. Twelve months of daily AI-assisted development has shown me that the technology was ready longer than anyone wants to admit.
Most people are waiting for the next model, the next tool, the next breakthrough. They're missing the fact that what we have today is already transformative. The bottleneck isn't AI capability. It's human adoption. It's learning to think differently about how software gets built. It's unlearning fifteen years of assumptions about what's possible in a day, a week, a sprint.
When I started this journey in December 2024, I thought I was pushing the boundaries of a fun experiment. By December 2025, I realized I'd been staring at a fundamental shift in how development works, and most of the industry was still pretending it wasn't happening.
The code writes itself now. The only question left is: what will you tell it to write?
